Spectrum Comms with Wollondilly Shire Council
Project Objectives
Wollondilly Shire Council undertook the development of its Community Strategic Plan (CSP), Create Wollondilly 2033, to guide long-term planning and decision-making.
The project aimed to define the community’s shared vision, priorities and aspirations across key areas such as growth, infrastructure, environment, and community wellbeing, while supporting Wollondilly Councils Operational Plan and Delivery program

- Partnering with strategic research specialists Micromex to deliver a qualitative community survey, aimed to gain a further understanding of the community’s underlying drivers for satisfaction, and to inform the Communications and Engagement Plan.
Outcomes
- Organised and facilitated a successful Appreciative Inquiry Workshop with Council staff in May 2019.
- Delivered qualitative survey, reaching 51 households via a telephone survey and 20 households via an online survey.
- Provided a detailed action plan for Councils implementation covering branding, campaigns, digital, social media and active communication.
